Refund Policy

30-day returns: You can return any lamp within 30 days of delivery. It must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and include the cable and remote.

How to start a return: Email us at [your email] with your order number. We’ll reply with return instructions. Please don’t send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping: For change-of-mind returns, you cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend a trackable service, since we can’t refund items lost on the way back.

Damaged or defective lamps: If your lamp arrives damaged or stops working within 30 days, email us within 7 days of noticing the problem with a photo or short video. We’ll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice, and you won’t pay any shipping.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Exchanges: Want a different lamp or light color? Return the original and place a new order, or email us and we’ll help.
